2024 Afera Conference Highlights

As the 2024 Afera Exhibition opens its doors in Thessaloniki, Greece, the latest developments and innovations shaping the European adhesive tape industry take center stage. Afera, the leading European Adhesive Tape Association, annually brings together key players, industry leaders, and innovators within the commodity and specialty adhesive tapes value chains. This year’s event continues to live up to its reputation as the premier platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and industry foresight.

Organik Kimya, under the leadership of PSA Business Unit Director Yasemin Seyren, plays a key role at Afera 2024. Seyren, serving as Vice Chair of Afera’s Marketing Committee, continues to contribute to projects shaping the future of the European adhesive tape industry.

During this year’s conference in Thessaloniki, the Afera Technical and Marketing Committees addressed vital industry topics, including the standardization of ISO-certified test methods and the impact of emerging EU regulations like the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
