As Organik Kimya, we came together at our Strategy Launch event to share our goals for 2030.

This gathering allowed us to reflect on our past achievements and present the roadmap for our future in detail. The first part of the event featured an inspiring session with Emin Çapa where he shed light on the rapidly changing dynamics of the new world, emphasizing the importance of adapting to change and leading it.

In his speech, he explored the creative potential of the human brain, the boundaries of technology, and humanity’s role in this new world. “To change and to be the change is our greatest responsibility as humans,” said Çapa, inviting us all to question the current order and take bold steps forward. 

He highlighted that while the era of unprecedented data processing speeds and technological breakthroughs may be ending, a new order is emerging—one that requires creativity, courage, and innovation to thrive.

During our strategy launch, we addressed the transformation within our four core perspectives:

• Culture and Talent Perspective: We redefined the roles of our employees in this journey with agility, ownership, strong leadership, and a high-performance culture.,
• Process Perspective: We aimed to optimize our processes with digital solutions, creating a lean and sustainable operational model.
• Customer Perspective: By prioritizing sustainability, we set out to develop new markets, applications, and technologies while leveraging our close relationship with customers to provide even greater value.

• Finance Perspective: With the goal of doubling our net profit by 2030, we discussed accelerating profitable growth and exploring new investments and collaborations to expand our global network.

We have built our strategic goals in harmony with our core values: trust, a responsible mindset, inquisitiveness, pioneership, and winning is fun. At the end of the event, we demonstrated our commitment to this new strategy by writing individual pledges on cards. The interactive sessions enriched with questions from within the company made our event even more valuable.

Throughout the event, Sema Keser visually captured all speeches and key topics using the “graphic recording” method. This creative approach summarized our strategic goals and core values in an engaging and memorable way, providing an inspiring visual resource for our employees.
