From claustrophobic mines to delicious yoghurts, from art of watch making to our very on Organik Kimya cases, we had an amazing learning journey for 2 days, orchestrated with Prof. Ryan L. Raffaelli from Harvard Business School.

A key feature of the training was the use of the “Harvard case-method” of learning. This interactive approach requires participants to prepare thoroughly, as the richness of learning depends on how much individuals and their colleagues contribute to in-depth discussions. Prof. Raffaelli emphasized that the heart of the case method lies in learning from each other through collaborative analysis and debate. And that is exactly what we did!

The training was enriched with real-world case studies spanning diverse industries. From tackling fatality challenges in the mining sector to uncovering the innovative strategies and inspirational leadership behind the success of yoghurt brands and industry shaping vision of the Swiss watches. These cases provided powerful insights into navigating change through leadership and driving innovation in challenging landscapes.

Discussions highlighted the essence of transformative leadership—leading with purpose, fostering innovation, and making courageous decisions. Managing change, well actually being the change has emerged as a central theme, focusing on the leader’s role in aligning teams, addressing resistance, and creating momentum to achieve long-term success.

This training not only broadened our perspective on global business challenges but also strengthened us to embrace change with vision and boldness. Together, we are now even more prepared to lead confidently and sincerely in an ever-evolving world.
