Launched with our belief in the power of supporting youth development, “Chemistry of Youth” continues to stand by young talents on their career journeys with its renewed structure.

We believe that supporting the development of young people is one of the most valuable investments in the future. With this perspective, all initiatives we have launched to help young people get to know the chemical industry and Organik Kimya more closely have been brought together under “Chemistry of Youth”, a social responsibility project we have been running since 2021. With its renewed structure, we continue today with a stronger and more holistic approach, standing even closer to young talents.

By bringing together our collaborations with university students and recent graduates under one roof through development and experience-focused programs, “Chemistry of Youth” aims to support young people in their career journeys, enable them to explore the chemical industry firsthand, and inspire them along the way.

Within this scope, a wide range of development opportunities are offered, including mentoring programs, webinars and seminars, career progression videos, as well as CV preparation and interview experience sessions. Through knowledge-sharing by industry experts and one-on-one mentoring, participants not only gain valuable insights but also build the confidence and skills needed to thrive in the professional world.

Experience-based programs that turn theory into practice allow young people to get a closer look at real working life. Through the “A Day from the Future” program, participants observe selected departments through job-shadowing, experience the working environment, and interact one-on-one with role models. Meanwhile, the Intro Internship Program, carried out with undergraduate students during the summer term and high school students during the winter term, offers a comprehensive opportunity to get to know Organik Kimya more closely. Throughout the program, participants benefit from a wide range of experiences, including R&D and production tours, showroom visits, sessions on patents and intellectual property rights, and sustainability trainings.

“Chemistry of Youth” also comes to life on university campuses through strong partnerships. University visits, career days, projects carried out with student clubs, and technical tours enable young people to become active contributors to the process, rather than just listeners.

“Chemistry of Youth” is more than just a program; it is a tangible reflection of our belief in the energy, potential, and future-shaping power of young people. Here, young talents find inspiration, gain hands-on experience, and confidently build their careers while we look to the future with greater hope, powered by their energy.
