The First Graduates of Organik Kimya Development Program Settled into Their Permanent Roles

This comprehensive program, shaped by intensive training modules, project experiences, rotations, and on-the-job learning, enabled five of our young talents to build a strong start to their careers.

The five participants who successfully completed the programs underwent a thorough evaluation process based on their individual preferences as well as feedback from the managers they worked with during their rotations. As a result, each participant was placed into one of their top two preferred roles and officially stepped into their permanent positions at Organik Kimya.

During the graduation and celebration event, our graduates shared very positive feedback and reflections on both the program and their experience at Organik Kimya, while receiving their graduation certificates and gifts.

We see investing in young talent as a fundamental pillar of sustainable growth. Through our development programs, we take pride in nurturing the potential of new graduate engineers and young professionals, preparing them for a strong and impactful career journey.
