What is Beyond Great?

We've been a “Great Place to Work” company for 6 years! Yet we know development is a never-ending journey. So we’ve held a workshop to explore what’s even beyond great and how can we achieve it.
According to the results of our GPTW survey, we've selected a number for focus groups to brainstrom on with. The first group was open for general participants to talk and work on general lowest rated statements from the survey. However the last 2 were more specific. We've focused on 0-2 years of seniority within the organization and ages below 30. The participants, at their own workshop, were divided in to 4, to work on their topic. They've stated how can be added, what should continue, what should we stop doing and what can be adapted to our current applications.
Following these workshops, we'll gather all the data together and plan our actions accordingly.
